9:11,

I'll shoot for a weekend next time. I moved this one to Thurs. to break away from the regular Tues. theme. Thanks for the suggestion.

4:22,

Due to the pending lawsuit, I will not be discussing this issue on 3/22.

Ian

Ian,

Could you provide an update on the Blackhawk Hotel and The IOC relocation?

Also, it would be nice to have some basic information about the new owners of the Swing.

While watching the meeting from last week the budget showed money to come in from the camera's, but was not figured into the budget.

Can you explain at your meeting why this was?

8:38, 2:35,

The IOC and Blackhawk are still in a holding pattern, to the best of
my knowledge. I believe the Isle is looking at downtown alternatives, but has not
ruled out an interstate location. The Blackhawk has received three
proposals for renovation. These are in a holding pattern, pending a solidified direction/outcome with the IOC. One may/may not play into the other. We
should know more in the coming weeks.

The new SWING owners are Main Street Baseball - they manage a couple of other minor league teams, including the Columbus (GA) Catfish. Visit, columbuscatfish.com to learn more.

The budget did not factor any revenues yet received from the cameras (up until the point the cameras were turned off). If the courts rule in favor of
the city - these dollars would, most likely, be placed into the city budget at mid-term (six months into the fiscal year).

Let me know of any other questions, thanks - Ian
