Infill in RI Historic Area
I found this article to be interesting in the RI News. It is in regard to two new homes constructed in the Broadway area (see above). It would be nice to see more of these structures around town in our historic areas. The article states that one of the homes will be for a family/children's center, I assume the other is single family. Either way, the design blends well into the neighborhood.

This is really wonderful they are looking at appropriate infill. Maybe this is something you could tackle in your second term?
